Bahuda Yatra being held in Puri today

In Odisha, the world-famous BaahudaaYatra or the Return Car festival is being held in the holy city of Puri today. The occasion marks the return of Lord Jagannath and His siblings back to Sri Mandir from the Sri Gundicha Temple, after a brief



sojourn.  

All the three chariots are ready to carry the deities with thousands of devotees eager to pull the Raths back. Adequate security and traffic arrangements are out in place in the holy city in view of the heavy rush of devotees.
