Bangladeshi actor's visa cancelled for joining TMC campaign

Home Ministry has cancelled the business visa of Bangladeshi actor Ferdous Ahmed and issued him a leave India notice.

Sources in the Ministry said, the decision was taken after receiving a report from the Bureau of

Immigration regarding visa violations committed by him. The Ministry has also blacklisted Mr Ahmed.

Ahmed was campaigning for Trinamool Congress in West Bengal for Lok Sabha polls.
