BEST Undertaking in Mumbai forms committee to investigate Kurla bus accident

The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) Undertaking has formed a four-member committee to investigate the bus accident in Kurla, a suburban area of east Mumbai. 

The committee will assess whether the driver followed safety protocols



and if any technical issues contributed to the crash. Seven people lost their lives and 42 were injured in the accident which occurred on Monday evening when an electric bus lost control and struck vehicles and pedestrians.
