Congress leader Rahul Gandhi led Bharat Jodo Yatra resumed from Delhi’s Kashmiri gate on Monday and is all set to enter Uttar Pradesh via Loni in Ghaziabad border on Tuesday morning.

“The first leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra ended on December 24 in New Delhi. Now, the yatra will resume tomorrow, January 3, from Delhi itself. The Bharat Jodo Yatra has covered 3122 kilometres so far from Kanyakumari to New Delhi,” said senior Congress leader KC Venugopal.

The yatra has crossed 49 districts, nine states and one Union Territory over the



past 108 days. The yatra covered Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi.

Yatra will travel through Uttar Pradesh from January 3 to 5 to reach Haryana on January 6 before leaving it on January 10 and entering Punjab on January 11. The Yatra will remain in Punjab till January 20. It will also spend one day in Himachal on January 19.

The Yatra will enter Jammu and Kashmir on the evening of January 20, and end with flag hoisting at Srinagar in Kashmir on January 30.
