Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced an ex-gratia of 11 lakh rupees to the next of the kin of CRPFs head constable Vishal who was martyred during terrorist attack in Jammu & Kashmir. He was native of Munger district of Bihar. Chief Minister said his last rites will be perfomed today with police honours.

Srinagar's Lal Chowk area on Monday and two migrant workers from Bihar were also attacked in Pulwama district. Chief Minister said Bihar government's resident commissioner in New Delhi has been instructed to get in touch with Jammu and Kashmir administration and ensure proper treatment to both the injured workers.
