Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar yesterday announced unlock from Wednesday in the state. Night curfew will continue from 7 pm to 5 am next morning.
In a tweet Mr Kumar said government and private offices will function till 4 pm with fifty percent attendance. Shops will open till 5 pm every day.
This decision was taken at a meeting of the crisis management group which was
headed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Online teaching will continue in educational institutions. Permission has been given to private vehicles to move. This arrangement will continue till next week. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the lockdown has had a positive impact in the state. Mr Kumar said, positivity rate has declined and recovery rate increased after the lockdown.
