Bihar CM Nitish Kumar supports Women’s Reservation Bill

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has supported the Women’s Reservation Bill - Nari Shakti Vandan Vidheyak. 

 

In his first reaction after the introduction of the Bill in Lok Sabha, Mr. Kumar said he has been a staunch supporter of providing the reservations to women candidates in Lok Sabha and



State Legislative Assemblies since his younger days. 

 

Mr. Kumar was talking to the media in Patna. The Chief Minister also said that he had also made statements in support of the Women’s Reservation Bill several times in the Parliament.
