Bihar Youth molests 4-yr-old European girl in Goa

The family relocated to Goa two



months ago. A couple of days ago, the girl's mother lodged a complaint with the police that the accused committed the crime when the victim was playing with the man's daughter at his rented shed. The accused is a native of Bihar and both the families live in the same neighbourhood.
