BJP and Congress clash over Karnataka land issue

The BJP and Congress are in a heated dispute over land ownership in Karnataka.

The Waqf Board asserts ownership of 1,500 acres in Vijayapura, sparking political arguments.

Minister MB Patil stated that it was an error and only 11 acres belong to Waqf board. The BJP claims the Congress neglected proper checks, while Congress accuses the BJP of politicising the issue.
