BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga has been released after a Haryana court granted him bail. He has since returned home in Delhi.
Mr Bagga was produced before a Metropolitan Magistrate’s Gurgaon residence around midnight last night. He was released and allowed to head home. The court also asked Delhi Police to
ensure adequate security for Mr Bagga and his father.
After the Punjab Police team took Mr Bagga away in the morning, his father filed a complaint at the Janakpuri police station in West Delhi alleging he has been abducted. Delhi Police has lodged an FIR in this regard.
