BJP names ex-deputy CM Dinesh Sharma as party candidate for Rajya Sabha by-poll in UP

BJP announced the name of former UP Deputy Chief Minister Dr Dinesh Sharma as the party candidate for Rajya Sabha by-poll in Uttar Pradesh. The last day for filing of nomination for the bypoll is on Tuesday and

polling will be held on 15th of September.

The bypoll is being held due to the death of the sitting BJP MP Hardwar Dubey.
