BJP begins its election campaign in Karnataka from today with the Party President Amit Shah's two day tour to Mysuru, Mandya and Chamrajanagara districts.
In Mysuru, Mr Shah is scheduled to meet Yaduveer, the scion of Wodeyar Royal family today. Later, he will take part in the Navashakti rallies in Mysuru district. He will also meet various community
leaders.
Tomorrow, he will hold interaction with farmers, local leaders and media persons. He will also visit the families of farmers who committed suicide.
Election Commission announced the polling dates for the state Assembly Elections on Tuesday. Single phase polling will be held on 12th May and counting will take place on 15th.
