The announcement of the chief ministers for the BJP states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh is imminent. The BJP party is preparing to announce the names of the central observers for these states on Friday. The observers will conduct legislative party meetings in each state.
These meetings will result in a detailed discussion and communication of the selected chief ministers. The process has been accompanied by continuous meetings between Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP Chief JP
Nadda, and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A senior party leader said the observers for all the three states are expected to be named on Friday. They will then travel to the respective stateto oversee the meetings of newly elected MLAs where the future chief ministers will be named.
He said no decision has been taken yet on the choices of the chief minister and the party will keep in mind social, regional, governance and organisational interests in picking the three CMs.
