Boat carrying devotees capsizes at MataTila Dam in Madhya Pradesh

A boat full of devotees capsized at MataTila Dam in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh last evening. Eight of the 15 people on the boat were rescued while seven are still missing. Search work is going on with the help of SDRF. The devotees had gone to visit the temple on the



island. 

On receiving the information, Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary and Superintendent of Police Aman Singh Rathore along with other officials from the district administration reached the spot. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has expressed grief over this accident.
