BSF gunned down Pak intruder near border in Amritsar

The Border Security Force has shot dead a Pakistani intruder at the India-Pakistan border in Amritsar yesterday. The BSF sources told that the troops observed suspicious movement from the intruder, who started walking towards the border security fence, taking advantage of the wheat crop, after crossing the International Boundary. He was challenged by the BSF troops; however, he did not



stop and started running towards the fence. 

Noticing his aggressive gestures, the troops fired upon him in self-defense and neutralized him on the spot. This is the second such incident in recent days. On Wednesday, a Pakistani intruder was also shot dead by the BSF troops along the international border at Pathankot.
