The police have registered a case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosive Substances Act.
A bomb blast rocked a popular cafe in Bengaluru's Whitefield area on Friday afternoon, injuring
at least ten people. The explosion is believed to have been triggered by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), which was discovered in a bag left inside the cafe by a man, according to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's statement.
