Census, NPR to begin from April 1

New Delhi: Home Ministry said preparations for Census 2021 and National Population Register are at peak and the exercise will begin from April 1. The house-listing phase of the Census and update of NPR will be

carried out from April 1 to September 30. Conference of directors of census operations also discussed jurisdictional changes made after Census 2011.
