The Centre and Leaders of Ladakh will hold the third round of talks on the demands of Ladakh in Delhi this afternoon. The Ministry of Home Affairs extended an invitation for this round of talks with the Nine- Members Sub Committee on Ladakh demands constituted by the ministry. Both parties have been engaged in discussion on the four points demands of Ladakh which include the inclusion of Ladakh in the sixth schedule to declare tribal area,



statehood, one Parliamentary seat each for Leh and Kargil, and Public Service Commission, since December 4 last year. 

To ensure inclusive discussion on the demands, the Centre has further expanded the officials in this round of talks by including the senior officials of legal affairs and legislative departments. The last round of talks was held on 24th February in Delhi.
