Centre constitutes Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal to declare JKDFP as unlawful association

Centre has constituted an Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal for adjudicating if there is sufficient cause for declaring the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) as an unlawful association.

Ministry had declared JKDFP as an unlawful association on 5th of this month. In a notification, the Ministry said, the tribunal consists of Justice Sachin Datta, Judge, Delhi High Court.
