Centre says 3.24 lakh crore rupees disbursed to more than 11 crore beneficiary farmers under PM-KISAN scheme

The Centre yesterday said that 3.24 lakh crore rupees have been disbursed so far to more than 11 crore beneficiary farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. In a written reply to Lok Sabha, Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Ramnath



Thakur said so far 17 instalments have been released to beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Under the PM-KISAN scheme the financial benefit of 6000 rupees given per year to beneficiaries in three equal instalments.
