Jaipur: Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur has said that the Central government will soon bring a law to regulate digital media. Speaking at a silver jubilee celebration of a newspaper in Jaipur yesterday, Mr Thakur said, now journalists associated with digital media will also be accredited. He said that earlier there used to be one-way communication of news, but with the development of electronic and digital media, communication of news has become multi-dimensional.

appealed to the media to do its work responsibly and avoid creating an atmosphere of fear and confusion. He said, the Central Government is working towards ease of doing business and ease of living and the change in the registration of companies was a step in that direction.

On the occasion, Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra said, the media is the biggest messenger of democracy. He said, the aim of journalism should be to strengthen people's faith in constitutional values and democracy.
