Chenetha Bus Yatra to kickstart from June 23

Telangana Chenetha Akhila Paksha Aikya Vedika (Handloom weavers’ All Party JAC) would be organising a statewide ‘Chenetha Bus Yatra’ from June 23 to highlight the problems faced by handloom weavers in the State.

Announcing this at a press conference here on Friday, State Convenor Kurapati



Ramesh, former chairman of APCO G Jagannatham, General Secretary, Telangana Chenetha Karmika Sangham T Venkatramulu and others criticised the State government for neglecting handloom weavers. It would start at Rajoli in Mahbubnagar district on June 23 and conclude at Pochampally on July 1.
