CJI to lay foundation stone for Dharmashastra National Law University

Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra will lay the foundation stone for Dharmashastra National Law University in Jabalpur today. Mr Misra is on a two-day visit to the state. 

Yesterday, the CJI inaugurated newly constructed district court complex in Jabalpur. Speaking on the



occasion, Mr Misra said, district courts are the foundation of our judicial system. 

He said infrastructure equipped with technology is needed to enhance the working capacity of courts.The new building, with over 55 courtrooms has been built at a cost of 192 crores rupees.
