CM Pinarayi Vijayan expresses disappointment over neglecting long-pending demands

Thiruvananthapuram: Reacting to the Union Budget 2023-24, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the budget does not attempt to address the growing economic disparities in the country. He also expressed disappointment over neglecting the long-pending demand of Kerala for the AIIMS and railway development



projects.

Kerala Finance  Minister K. N. Balagopal also said the Union budget ignored several persistent demands of the state.

BJP Kerala President K. Surendran said that the Union Budget will strengthen the growth of all major sectors in the country.
