Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raises issue of LAC & reciprocal tariff by US in LS

Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, raised the issues at Line of Actual Control and the reciprocal tariff imposed on India by the US. Raising the issues during the Zero Hour, Mr Gandhi said, there should be status quo and India should get its land back. On the reciprocal tariff, Mr. Gandhi said that auto and pharmaceutical industries as well as agriculture will be



affected by this decision. He asked the government to clarify its move over the US decision.

Mr Gandhi was countered by Anurag Thakur of BJP, who accused the Congress of not backing Indian forces during the Doklam incident. He took a dig at Mr Gandhi questioning under which government Aksai Chin was captured by China.
