The countdown for the launch of India’s seventh navigation satellite IRNSS 1G on-board PSLV C33 is progressing smoothly in Sriharikota. The satellite will be launched tomorrow 12.50 PM. The operational life of the satellite will be 12 years.
The first launch pad of the national space port at Sriharikota. is bustling with activities that form part of the countdown process to insert the IRNSS 1G into its
orbit. The operations to fill liquid fuel and oxidisers in the fourth fuel stage of the launch vehicle PSLV C33 has got over.
Further processes are going on as per the charted plans, as said by ISRO sources. With the launch tomorrow, the required number of space fleet to provide location-specific information would be completed. India is moving very closer to have her own reliable navigation system.
