Country's COVID-19 recovery rate improves to 95.82 per cent

The COVID-19 recovery rate of the country has improved to 95.82 per cent with over 21 thousand 4 hundred new recoveries in the last 24 hours.  The total recoveries in the country now stands at over 97 lakh 61 thousand 5 hundred.

With over 18 thousand 7 hundred new COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours, India's total cases have gone up to over 1 crore 1 lakh 87 thousand 8

The Health Ministry said, with 279 fatalities in 24 hours the death toll has reached over 1 lakh 47 thousand 6 hundred. Total active cases in the country stands at over 2 lakh 78 thousand 6 hundred.

ICMR said, upto yesterday, over 16 crore 81 lakh 2 thousand 6 hundred tests have been conducted. Yesterday, over 9 lakh 43 thousand 3 hundred tests were conducted.
