Looking for its heading for enrollment of a FIR under IPC segments 153A (advancing hatred), 295A (malevolent acts proposed to shock the strict emotions), 124A (subversion) against the entertainer, and her sister, Casting chief Sahil Ashrafali Sayyed had held up the protest in the court.

As per PTI, the complainant has

affirmed that the entertainer has been maligning Bollywood throughout the previous two months by considering it a "center of nepotism", "partiality", and so forth, through her tweets and TV interviews.
