Curfew Lifted in Nagpur After Violence

The curfew imposed after the violent clashes erupted last Monday night in Nagpur city was lifted from all 11 areas of Nagpur yesterday afternoon. Nagpur Police Commissioner Dr Ravindra Singal has informed that the situation post-violence is under control and police posts and force are still in



place to ensure law and order even if the curfew is lifted. 

About 104 people have been arrested so far in these cases, and 13 FIRs have been registered in these incidents while further investigation is still on.
