Curfew to continue in Anantnag town in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, curfew will continue in South Kashmir's Anantnag town while Shopian town has also also been placed under curfew today. 

Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr. Farooq Lone told that curfew-like restrictions under section 144 will



continue in areas under five old city police stations and areas under Batmaloo and Maisuma police stations of up-town Srinagar. 

DIG Police North Kashmir Uttam Chand said, there will be no curfew or restrictions in North Kashmir districts.
