D. Prabhakar Rao is language commission chief

The State Government on Tuesday made appointments including writer Devulapalli Prabhakar Rao as Chairman of Telangana State Official Language Commission, legislator V. Prashanth Reddy as Vice-Chairman of the Telangana Drinking Water Supply Corporation



(Mission Bhagiratha) and social activist Mallepalli Laxmaiah as Special Officer of the Buddha Vanam project being developed at Nagarjunasagar.

The first two posts are of the Cabinet rank with one-year and three-year terms, respectively.
