Nearly 15 lakh folks have been affected by floods in 11 districts of Bihar, and not less than 10 have misplaced their lives within the deluge, the catastrophe administration division mentioned on Sunday. “A total of 14.95 lakh people have been affected by floods at 625 panchayats of 86 blocks in 11 districts of Bihar,” the bulletin mentioned.
