Defence Ministry revises limits of two family pensions payable to a child in respect of both parents

New Delhi: Ministry of Defence has revised the limits of two family pensions payable to a child in respect of both the parents. The highest pay in the Government has been revised to 2.5 lakh per month after the 7th Central Pay Commission. The Ministry said that accordingly, Department of Pension and Pensioners'



Welfare revised maximum ceiling limits of two family pension payable to a child or children in respect of both the parents with effect from 1st January 2016. Now the Ministry of Defence has implemented this for Armed Forces Personnel from 1st January, 2016.
