A delegation comprising Gorkha Janamukti Morcha leader Roshan Giri and Union Minister SS Ahluwalia, who is Member of Parliament met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi last evening over the volatile situation in Darjelling.

urged the Home Minister for Central intervention to diffuse the situation in the hills.Some violent incidents were reported in Darjeeling hills yesterday following the raids conducted by the security force at the residence of the Morcha leader Bimul Gurung.
