National Capital Delhi continues to be under the grip of cold wave. Yesterday was the coldest day this December so far with the minimum temperature hitting a low of 6.3 degrees Celsius. This was two notches below average and the lowest yet this month. The weatherman has predicted a clear sky in a day. The maximum temperature is expected to settle at about 24 degrees
Celsius.
The MeT department has predicted dense to very dense fog at foothills of Uttarakhand and northern parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, East and West Uttar Pradesh. Bihar and SubHimalayan West Bengal and Sikkim will also experience dense fog. Moderate to Dense fog at isolated places very likely over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
