A Delhi court has framed charges of criminal misconduct and amassing disproportionate assets of over 10 crore rupees against former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, his wife Pratibha and others.
Special CBI judge Arun Bhardwaj read out the charges before the Congress leader who was present in the court.
The court fixed April
3rd to 5th for the CBI to start recording statements of the witnesses in the case.
In a separate case filed by the Enforcement Directorate, the agency filed third supplementary charge sheet against Virbhadra in a money laundering case.
The court said, it will take up the matter on 18th of next month.
