In connection with the issue of the excise policy, Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has been placed in the custody of the CBI for five days.
During Sisodia's hearing, the CBI requested five days because the conspiracy was hatched in a very deliberate and covert manner.
The agency's remand application was opposed by Sisodia's attorney, who stated, "If someone is not willing to say something, that can't be a ground
for arrest."
What should I do with my changed phone? Because it contains important information, I cannot send it to a secondhand store because I am a minister. The minister's attorney was quoted by ANI as saying, "I did not confess when the CBI confronted me with the material."
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) detained Manish Sisodia on Sunday after nine hours of questioning in connection with the excise policy scam.
