Delhi liquor policy led to Rs 2,000 crore loss: CAG report

The Comptroller and Auditor General's (CAG) report on Delhi's liquor policy was tabled in the assembly, revealing potential monopolies and a loss of over 2,000 crore rupees to the state

exchequer.

The report criticises policy decisions taken without proper approvals and the granting of licenses to private entities. It also highlights changes made by the Sisodia-led panel to tweak the policy findings.
