Delhi : Max Hospital Gives 'Dead' Twins To Parents In A Packet; One Of Them Later Found Alive

In a shocking case of medical negligence, Max hospital in Delhi's Shalimar Bagh declared two new-born twins dead and their bodies were handed over to the parents in a packet. However, one of the two newborns was later found alive by the family.

Reacting to the incident, Deependra Pathak,



Spokesperson, Delhi Police, has said, "This is a very shocking incident, it's a height of negligence. We have started inquiry and investigation in this case and are also consulting the legal experts. Delhi Medical Council and taking details of all circumstances, we will analyse them and initiate action."
