Delhi Poll authorities issue show-cause notice to Manish Sisodia

Delhi Poll authorities have issued a show-cause notice to Aam Aadmi Party leader and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia over his reported casteist tweet related to AAP East Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Atishi. 

Mr. Sisodia has been asked to submit his reply by today evening. In its notice, East Delhi Returning



Officer  has termed his comments as the  violation of model code of conduct.   

On 27th of last month, Mr Sisodia had tweeted in support of Atishi identifying her caste. Following this, BJP had filed complaint against the Deputy Chief Minister.
