Delhi Traffic Police issues advisory in wake of rehearsal for Republic Day parade

The Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory in the wake of the rehearsal for the Republic Day parade in Delhi today, tomorrow, and on Saturday and Sunday. 

The parade rehearsal will start at Vijay Chowk and will proceed to Rajpath up to C Hexagon. Police have made elaborate traffic arrangements for smooth conduct of the



parade. 

Police said, there will be restrictions on the movement of traffic crossings at Rafi Marg, Janpath and Mansingh Road from 9 in the morning till 12 noon.No traffic will be allowed from Vijay Chowk to India Gate on Rajpath. Road users have been advised to plan their journey in advance and to avoid the parade route.
