Delhi’s Peak Power Demand Reaches All-Time High Of 8,647 Mega Watt

Delhi’s peak power demand has reached an all time high of 8,647 Mega Watt. It is the highest ever in the history of the national capital. According to DISCOM officials, Delhi’s peak power demand clocked 8,000 Mega Watt for the first time on the 22nd of May. It said



that Delhi’s peak power demand has crossed the 8,000 mark on eight occasions since then. BSES Rajdhani Power Limited and BSES Yamuna Power Limited have met the power demand in the their respective areas.
