Deputy Director General of AIR dies in road accident

Meerut:Deputy Director General of All India Radio Neeraj Goel died today after the cycle he was riding was hit by a car here, police said.

The incident occurred in the evening. The car driver managed to flee after the incident, they said.Goel, 46, was an



IBES officer."Goel was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead on arrival," SHO of Kanker Khera police station Yadram Singh said.

"The body has been sent for post-mortem and a hunt is on for the car driver", he added.
