Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi. According to an official from CMO from Mumbai apart from Mr. Modi, Fadnavis also met Union Minister for Shipping Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mahesh Sharma and Food and Civil Supplies Minister Ramvilas Paswan among others.
Following his meeting with PM and other ministers, Fadnavis tweeted that Paswan agreed to extend
the date for purchase of 'Tur' by one month.He also said the Centre had considered the state government's request of delegation of powers and path-breaking decisions for Raigad fort conservation.
He added that master plan for development of Raigad Fort will be approved by the Archaeological Survey of India and it will be executed by the Maharashtra government under the supervision of ASI.
