External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar yesterday underscored that India has enormous potential which is still vastly unrealized.
Addressing an interactive session on Northeast India’s integration with Southeast Asia and Japan at Delhi University’s college, Dr Jaishankar mentioned that the country organised the G20 for integrated development.
He said that this is the biggest thing that
government has done in terms of getting the diplomatic attention of the world. Dr Jaishankar further emphasised that diplomatic attention should not just be in some metropolitan cities but it has to be in every state.
He also highlighted that the country has 21 ships on service that are protecting international shipping. He added, this keeps the trade costs down.
