EAM Dr S Jaishankar to leave for Greece today

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar will be leaving today for a visit to Greece and Italy. Briefing media, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that during the two day visit to Greece, Dr Jaishankar will meet his counterpart.

This is the first



visit at the External Affairs Minister level since 2003. After Greece, the Minister will travel to Italy to attend the G20 Ministerial meetings. These include the meetings related to Foreign Ministerial level, as well as the development ministers’ level.
