External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will hold talks with his Nepalese counterpart Arzu Rana Deuba in New Delhi today. Dr Deuba arrived in New Delhi yesterday on a five-day visit to India. The Ministry said that Nepal is a priority partner of India in its Neighbourhood First policy. It said, this visit will provide both sides an opportunity to discuss and review the progress in bilateral cooperation and help in advancing ties further.
