Enforcement Directorate has provisionally attached one immovable property in New Delhi worth over 1.94 crore rupees of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala under Prevention of Money Laundering Act in a corruption case. 

An official release said the case was initiated on the basis of an FIR registered by CBI against Mr Chautala and others for the acquisition of assets disproportionate to their known source of income. 

CBI has filed



charge sheet against Om Prakash Chautala, Abhay Chautala and Ajay Chautala under Prevention of Corruption Act. An investigation conducted by CBI revealed that Mr Chautala had acquired assets disproportionate to his known source of income to the tune of six crores during the check period from  May 1993 to May 2006. 

The investigation also revealed that Abhay Singh Chautala and Ajay Singh Chautala had also acquired assets disproportionate to their known source of income.
