Encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Sidrah, Jammu

In Jammu and Kashmir, an encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Sidrah area of Jammu district this morning.

The encounter broke out after security forces launched a search and cordon operation in the area following specific inputs



about the presence of terrorists. As forces zeroed in towards the suspected spots, hiding terrorists fired upon forces that retaliated. Police said, two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped and firing was going on.
