FIR registered against Arvind Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar over Swati Maliwal assault

The Delhi Police on Thursday registered an FIR in the assault case of Swati Maliwal, Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP, hours after senior cops visited her residence today to take her statements in the case. According to the Delhi Police, the FIR mentions the name of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Personal Assistance (PA) Bibhav Kumar.

According to sources, in her 7-page complaint to the Delhi Police, Swati Maliwal alleged that she was assaulted by Arvind Kejriwal's PA at Delhi CM's residence on
